langchain-litellm 0.10.0 adds Responses API routing and breaking tool_choice changes
langchain-litellm v0.10.0 routes calls through the Responses API when use_responses_api=True, where litellm drops Chat Completions-only params like stop, n and seed. A tool_choice string other than auto, none, required or any is now read as a tool name and must name a bound function tool, or bind_tools raises ValueError.
